You do not need to be referred by your GP, Social Worker or Mental Health team member. You can self-refer to CRISIS by downloading the PDF form, complete it and return it to us at: info@crisiscounselling.co.uk

If you are contracted to our service, there is no charge to you individually as your organisation would cover (usually up to 6-8 sessions), BUT END OF THERAPY AND CONTINUITY WOULD ALWAYS BE PLANNED.
